The New Millennium begins

It is with baited breath that men await the appearance of Maitreya. 'Millennium fever' has now reached the point of 'auto-combustion' and men, like impatient horses champing at the bit, grow restless and ready for action. What form or direction that action must take is still unclear to most but the sense of impending, far-reaching change is now uppermost in men's minds.

Throughout the world, the desire for peace has been expressed by young and old as their dearest wish. They recognize, better than the politicians, the imperative for peace. A new sense of human unity, if only briefly, has shown men the possibility of lasting peace and
practical goodwill. This, alone, augurs well for the future. Throughout millennium celebrations, a growing realization that an era has ended and a new age begun imposed itself on men's minds and hearts. New hope and aspiration has replaced the former apathy and set alight men's expectation of a better life for all. Plans for further aid for the dispossessed are already under way, and reflect the growing sense of responsibility now felt by many - young and old alike.

Readiness

Men need now only the inspiration of Maitreya to unleash their readiness to act and serve. The taste of Oneness has opened their hearts to the beauty of love and sharing, and ripened their readiness to create a better world. The leadership given by Maitreya will not disappoint. He will raise the hopes and aspirations of all, and set loose the highest that men have, albeit hidden now and unexpressed through fear and ignorance of its existence. He will conquer men's fear and establish, in truth, a new humanity.

Kingdom of God

Thus will the Great Lord pave the way for the next phase of His Mission - the establishment of the Kingdom of God among men. This is not the ethereal kingdom beloved by the average religious person but the Spiritual Hierarchy of Masters and initiates of which Maitreya is the head. His is the task to create a reflection of that divine expression in the outer, physical world, a kingdom which all men can see, and to which, eventually, all will be drawn on their path to perfection.

Through the doors of Initiation the disciples will pass into the Halls of Wisdom, and take their places as conscious Servers of the Plan. Thus will it be and thus will the Great Ones lead the new humanity into their destiny as Sons of God.

Maitreya is about to knock loudly on the doors which lead to freedom and justice and peace. Listen and recognize His knock and be prepared to act boldly and wisely under His lead.
