Circles of light a miracle for all
A
brief article on circles of light in Slovenia.
Since April 2001, circles of light have been appearing
on buildings in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. Barbara Skoberne describes the
phenomenon. From a distance I could see something glowing on the wall of one
of the houses. It turned out to be a perfect circle of light with a light
X in the middle. The adjoining house also had two rather clearer shining
circles. On the next house there were six in a row, linked together like the
Olympic Games symbol. Nearby on a block of flats a whole wall was covered in
a pattern of light. It was very impressive and exciting.
In the following days I saw more, including some on the roof of a garage.
The circles combine to form patterns varying in size, shape and geometry,
and shine more, or less, brightly. The colour of the images can vary too, in
most cases it is light more or less brilliant white in different shades,
but I also saw glowing yellow-orange circles, making the wall look as if it
was in flames.
In total, circles of light were discovered in Ljubljana at 30 locations
around Easter 2001, and since then in five other Slovenian towns. I have a
feeling of joy when standing in front of them, and a friend felt deep peace;
their high technical precision or simple beauty are awe-inspiring.
People attending exhibitions of light-circle photographs told us of others
they had seen. This phenomenon is for all people, regardless of ideological
views or religion a miracle for everyone to see.
